As you know, outdoor bonsai are very special in that they need to get as low as 30F, but no lower. They however need little, or no light, whether they are evergreen or deciduous. What they DO need during dormancy is water, because they still transpire, but watering is needed less often then. Keep all your bonsai above 30F by either "healing " them in the ground (like a flower bed), keeping them in a garage, in an unheated 'cold house', or any other way that you can imagine.
