Question: Is there any way to save a bonsai plant/tree after over watering it and posible over fertilizing it?

I think i over watered and possible over fertilized my bonsai tree and its leaves are now all the leaves are turning yellow and falling off:( is there any way i can save it now

In the bath , you can flow warm water into the pot to flush out fertilizer . You essentially overdosed your tree . Give it a try , but this comes with no guarantee !~
